Nearing the finish line

Posted on August 31st, 2015

Today ended up being a slightly odd one.

I initially woke up around 10:30. However, rather than get up and start the day, I stayed in bed and thought over a number of things. By the time I actually got up, it was just a few minutes to noon.

Mom and I broke for lunch shortly thereafter. Today's lunch was a sandwich and leftover stew. The sandwich was using mostly leftovers as well -- basically, the mayo, bread and cheese were things we normally had around. The meat was a packet of honey ham, bought specifically to use up the cheese in a sandwich like this. It turned out alright, but it seemed to be lacking something. Perhaps some tomatoes or lettuce would've balanced it out more.

Anyway, most of the afternoon was spent working on writing pages for GMG, with the evening focusing on details for Drawn By His Light. The latter didn't go so well, and I'm going to try again tomorrow sometime.

Link of the day: Can someone shatter a wine glass with thier voice?

Thoughty2 provides several interesting factoids about sound during this 11 minute clip, including the titular question about wine glasses.
