Today was fairly laid back. Most of it was just spent puttering around. During the afternoon I completed two drawings; both of my pony character. One was uploaded to DA already, as it's for the massive group portrait collaboration going on over at the OC community. Currently, only myself and three others have submitted their entries.
The other pony pic is just the character reference page, and I figured I'd wait to upload that another day. Y'all find out why in the very near future. Probably tomorrow; I have to do a special picture for it tomorrow anyway.
I did end up posting a nice picture of the food I cooked yesterday though, so that's a rare surprise: two deviations in one day!
During lunch we sat and enjoyed A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving. We picked up on a few things we hadn't noticed before, such as how the gang managed to locate that many toasters in so short a time and how enthusiastic Woodstock was about eating turkey.
In other news, I found a freeware program that dims the screen. This is rather important for the new computer, as it's terribly bright even on the lowest setting. I wanted to change my wallpaper, but the image I changed it to actually made the glare worse due to it increasing the contrast between the background and the windows. This dimming program works wonders, making even the brightest white not so bright.
For today's link of the day, try reading a book.
