Today began late. I got up around noon and saw that mom was over gardening for the business down the block. Since we normally have lunch at 12:30 or so, I just stayed on the computer figuring she'd be home for a break soon and I'd start my day with lunch.
By 1:15 she wasn't back, and I was starting to question this plan.
She got back around 1:45, and we hastily fixed lunch as by now my blood sugar was starting to wane significantly.
Much of the day after that was spent poking at some code for Necros Cavern or planning ahead on the projects being worked on. Time to start getting the gears turning.
The evening was spent playing Terraria. Just a little bit ago I beat the last boss and explored the dungeon. This means I've effectively seen and done just about everything possible in the game. This is like a MMORPG that ran out of content; all that's left to do in the game is kill time until the next update, at which point the cycle repeats. So I'll be putting this game away for a while; months from the look of things.
The link for today is a sobering news story that seriously makes one wonder what the hell is going on in our communities. I mean seriously, some things just ain't right.
