Immediately after that, we had lunch at the Italian restaurant. Mom can't have most of the menu nowadays, so she had two helpings of applesauce while I enjoyed their huge meatball sub and rigatoni side.
We then completed our errands; which were two additional grocery store runs.
While walking from the car to the hospital where the psychiatrist works mom's knee gave out. It became very painful, weak and swollen (sound familiar?). We completed the day's errands anyway.
Shortly after getting home, we played some Yoshi and Dr. Mario before heading to our respective computers. The Retro Mini X's wireless controllers leave some to be desired; fortunately the Retro Duo should arrive tomorrow morning and resolve that problem.
The remainder of my day was spent working with Playpen, which is moving along quite well for a GUI project.
Lastly, today's link of the day is a case of taking science fiction way to literally.
