Well, I knew this day would eventually arrive thanks to the frequency at which we were eating out.

Starting during the night and lasting up until about an hour ago, I was rather sick. The sheer volume of fatty and greasy foods I've been indulging on caught up with me. According to Richard Simmons diet exchanges, I consumed about 35 days worth of fat in less than two weeks.

I spent the day trying not to puke. Lunch was half of a watered down can of low fat chicken soup and some grape soda; dinner was the other half of the soup.

Early this morning we got the blood work done. It was uneventful save for the fact that the tech missed on the first try (I'm a very easy draw, so this was a bit unexpected). We stopped at the pharmacy to pick up a prescription, more Maalox and the aforementioned soup and soda. On the way home I had a plastic bag ready as there was a good chance it was going to be needed. Fortunately it never was needed.

The remainder of the day was spent fussing over the graphics format for Playpen. I've now reached a level of lossless compression that reduces the stored image to less than 1/4th the uncompressed size.

Lastly, here's a squirrel that is obviously not feeling sick.
