Grocery shopping went fairly smoothly. Getting stuff dealt with once we got home was another story. The clerk packed the bags oddly, resulting in a lot of double bagging. This made it tricky to get things into the cart. The cart had its own trouble: the front wheels kept jamming, making it very hard to get the cart to go where it was supposed to. In one case it jammed on the elevator; getting out of the elevator required pulling it out backwards, then pushing it in a complete circle to get it to point in the correct direction.

Lunch was a Red Baron pepperoni pizza. I checked my blood pressure (126/85) and weight (200 lbs) before we went shopping to see if I could have it. Just because I can splurge safely doesn't mean I'm going to give it the benefit of the doubt.

Getting stuff taken care of after lunch was a bit of an out of control problem. Everything happened at once.

The rest of my day was spent working on Din's GUI. Simply put, what I thought was going to work really didn't. This module will be far less sophisticated than I hoped. But simple and working beats complex and busted by a long shot, so that should improve tomorrow.

One of the things I got at the grocery store was a type of imported Chinese hot sauce. This was recommended by people on a forum I typically hang out on, so it seemed like a good idea. Simple put, the stuff's too hot for me. It's about twice the heat of the hot sauce I normally use, and that's just too much heat.

And I popped a nosebleed out of nowhere an hour ago.

Pretty much the only things that went right were the shopping itself and the pizza afterward.

I didn't do very much online today, so here's a link from yesterday: Treadmill Dancing
