Once again the shrink's office staff told us the appointment was for X time on Y day and the appointment was on another day. We keep missing appointments because we show up when they tell us to show up.
Note that we've missed NONE of our appointments with other groups, so it's not us, it's this office's staff.
This time around we have time-sensitive documents the doctor needs to fill out, and he won't fill them out without an appointment. We've made a new appointment for the 31st -- the soonest available slot.
It better be marked down correctly in their ledger.
