Things went fairly smoothly today. Mom and I watched both The Year Without A Santa Claus and Merry Christmas Charlie Brown. However, while watching It's Christmas Again Charlie Brown, some little s*** pulled the fire alarm. Mom and I ended up standing by the front door as we waited for the fire department to get there and disable the alarm. There was no fire -- false alarm. Considering that's a felony, I'd love to see the jerk caught and duly charged. Cry wolf enough times and people will ignore the alarm. It seems that most of the residents do indeed ignore the alarm: out of 125 units, only 20 or so people left the building.

In other news, it seems half of my key is still lodged in the front door. It got jammed in there about 23 days ago. You'd think a locksmith would have fixed it by now.

Project wise I did some work with Necros Cavern's GUI version. Now the highscores work. If I get the chance, sometime tomorrow I'm going to sit down and tally up the state of everything.

Researchers have found that older people really don't get jokes. So it's not that they are stupid, it's that they're senile. That's such an improvement.

Artists create many things, but sometimes their creations don't like them. Case in point: KungFu Bunny. That video is nice, but the compression left a ton of artifacts. The sequel, Run, Bunny, Run is much better and lacks artifacts.
