This morning was spent looking around the local Rite Aid for junk food. For the most part it's the same selection of goodies as the Rite Aid back in the boonies save for one thing: they didn't seem to carry the brand of flaming hot chips I like. Oh well, the bread store does.

We also stopped in a little grocery store to see if they had something we forgot to get from the usual grocery store the other day. Odds are, you can get anything there. By "anything" I mean anything: ramen, soup, milk, liquor, prostitutes, admittance to the poker game in the back -- anything. They didn't have what we were looking for, but they did have a broken dirty tile floor, dim lighting, few customers and a bouncer. Yes, a bouncer -- rather big burly "security" guy just inside the door. We're going to stay quite far from there from now on.

In other news I spent the evening fiddling with my projects. I think I've solved the Necros Cavern GUI problem, and I've made more headway into the PC Project. I also goofed around a bit with some old (pointless I think) CRT unit ideas.

Today's first link is of a bunch of unusual and funny snowmen.

The second link is to a MS Support page.
Problem: Computer randomly plays "It's a Small World After All"
My recommended solution: uninstall Disney software.
